Impossible to create account
They say “currently” it’s not possible to create an account for certain card numbers. It will never be possible, since this situation maintains for more than 1 year now. They never offered any resolution for me. Without an account is impossible to keep track of my payments in my shared expenses household. It’s absolutely archaic that I have to call some number to know my balance (and also, impossible in my case as I tried multiple times with no success). I just pray that in my next job they don’t force Pluxee on me, as this company is an absolute disgrace.
