Before the first time -There should be only one application for all the countries instead of dedicated one for Colombia. That would make the installation and application search much easier. First time use - The on boarding process is ugly - The tooltips (i) don’t close or close weird when I click on the field they explain. Sometimes it doesn’t even open. - Many places of the application redirect me to the website and ask me to sign in all the time - There are low-res pictures - I need to register once in Pluxee, another time in Sodexo - The temporary PIN code coming with the card is barely readable after removing the protection - The app told me there was a problem setting my pin code but at the same time I received an email telling me I changed it successfully Normal use - Under the “Comercios” section, the search experience is terrible. 1. If I stop typing the search results appear (which is great) but the keyboard disappears so I’m forced to click on the search for again to finalize my search. 2. After clearing the search field, going to a different view (“Promociones” for example) then going back to “Comercios” seals the filter with the previous search
