So I figured out how to download the album you have to scan a picture of the album cover or photo then input the key code. But the photo cards and gallery take forever to load and even when the entire gallery loads after 5 minutes if I click on any photos I have to wait again for each individual photo to load. When I click out to the gallery and click back on to the same photo I just saw downloaded it’s a black screen of waiting again. Also I can’t save any of the photos in any way. It feels so pointless that I can’t look at the photos.

I bought yenas good morning album which has a code on it I’m supposed to enter. When I type it in (and I triple checked that I typed it correctly), it just tells me to enter the code again. So I did, for it to tell me to enter the code again. I did this a bunch of times just for it to tell me I’m not allowed to enter codes for an hour because I tried too many times. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but I’m very disappointed that I paid for the album just for it to not work

I downloaded the app after I bought Ive’s new album. It doesn’t scan the card & the code on the back doesn’t work either. Seeing the other reviews it’s clear the app just doesn’t work. Hopefully it gets fixed but I’m not a fan at all. Highly disappointed & feel like I’ve wasted my money because I can’t even use the app that goes with the album.

I bought the Ive PLVE and followed the directions but the app doesn't let me scan my card. I don't know if Im doing it wrong or theres something wrong with the app.

it’s funny, i downloaded it and couldn’t get past the log in page, the only other review said the exact same 💀😭

When I tried to use this app, it wouldn’t pass the sign in screen.

대체 작동이 되는지 의문이고 하는 방법이라도 올려주던지 다시 깔고 몇번을 찍어여 코드 입력하는게 나오는지 사용을 하라고 만든 앱이지!!!!!
