You can customise programs to suit your needs, watch videos of exercises to ensure perfect form and use our workout cards to track your progress.
Categories
You can choose a workout from any of our workout categories – Body Resistance, Strength, Functional, Cardio, Repair – and get going! These categories provide fresh options for you to try whenever you like. Program fatigue and training plateaus will be a thing of the past with so many options to choose from!
Workout Descriptions
Ply’s pre-workout descriptions will tell you the goal of the workout, the intensity, the time it will take and the equipment, if any, you’ll need. If the workout interests you enough, jump in, if not, simply move to a different one in the category or library.
Customisation – Train Smarter
In every workout, exercises can be added, moved, deleted or swapped. Our exercise swap feature has in-built exercise progressions so you can create ever increasing challenges in your workouts. You can also choose an easier exercise option if you wish. Any edits you make will be saved in your MyPly section for the next time you workout. Use the MyPly feature to build your own workout library with your fav’s and historical workouts and track your progress across each category.
Combine With & Similar Workouts
Our workouts come with a ‘combine with’ feature so you can put the best workouts together to complete a great weeks training! There are also ‘similar workout’ suggestions which will help quicken your search for workout types you like.
PB’s & Celebration Cards
Nothing quite beats finishing so we celebrate these wins! When you finish a workout you’ll receive a celebration card and if you go one better and hit a personal best we’ll celebrate that too. Feel free to share these cards with your Ply community.
