PMI Study Hall

I guess this app is just nothing? I downloaded it and logged in and the study hall feature has no courses? Also the design is very junky and fits oddly on the screen. Glad I didn’t pay anything.

The app would be 5 stars if I didn’t have to log in every time or if it used FaceID to alleviate logging in every time.

I pay for and use the Study Hall subscription on my MacBook, but can’t use the app on my iPad or phone because I created my PMI account by signing up with Google. Now I can’t sign into my account outside of my computer because the apps “must comply with Google’s ‘Use secure browsers’ policy”. So frustrating!

This app has a number of infuriating time wasting and repetitive glitches. First of all the app locks you out constantly saying your "session expired" part of the ease of having an app is not having to login every single time you open the application. Beyond that there is a glitch in your touch feedback, if you are working on practice questions and select B the app selects A for you. I even used a stylist to make sure I was clicking in the right spot and it's definitely an app problem. You have to hover somewhere between B and C to get it to finally select B. It is only this app that has this issue so I know it's not my phone. When I'm actively monitoring my scores for each section it is frustrating to have my score be skewed because of your glitch. And then I can't reset just that section. If you are struggling in one section but doing fine another. You should be able to reset only the section where you're struggling to retake after doing some studying. But nope! The product forces you to reset the entire bank of over 700 questions. And lastly and what finally tipped me over the edge to write this review, I just started one of the games to do some additional studying and my whole screen is in Japanese! I understand you recently pushed out Japanese content but figure out where your users are and use the appropriate language. Mind you there's also no settings to remove Japanese content.

This really helped me prep to pass the exam. I used it when I didn’t have time for a practice exam, plus I took the practice exams on the app a couple of times. The questions in this study guide were closer to the actual exam question than anything else I used.

I don’t know if people are frustrated with only the app but you will NOT regret getting study hall to air in your PMP prep

Requires a log in every time I open the app. No option to save login details. Only able to reset individual tests, not individual practice question categories. A LOT of expert level questions are either straight up wrong, misaligned with the pmbok/agile mindset, and/or references some obscure research paper that distracts from the key concepts. I really don’t think they add much value when it comes to preparing students for the test.

This app is unusable on iOS. I can’t believe that this is the final product that was delivered to the users! What a joke, especially coming from PMI.

Do better, PMI. Please.

When using the question of the day the app will not load. It gives the option to hit a button to force it to load and still doesn't. I offer my time to give feedback to developers, if needed. I am paying for this experience and can’t use it.
