PNM e-Reader

The only reason I’m giving this app 1 star is because I wasn’t even able to get into it when I went to make a account all it said was “server error” I tried 5 times.

Can someone from the IT team do something about the app? I’m not sure how could we nurture the community of reading if our Government app isn’t even working properly for us to read online easily. Forever can’t see the list and can’t download the books.

Nak pilihan category pun dah tak boleh. Kalau nak buat apps tu tolong la buat elok elok. Ini button biasa pun dah tak boleh function, kemudahan apa macam tu??

Dah recover tapi tak boleh login. Buat email baru, sama juga tak boleh login

Dah 2024 tapi most problems from previous review nampaknya masih ada. Nak baca kena download app, okay. Dah download masih tak boleh buka. 💆🏻‍♀️

Saya sudah cuba banyak kali log in tapi tak berjaya.. dh register email semua ikut arahan lebih dari 10 kali tp tetap tak berjaya!

The app is sluggish, slow, buggy, and after go through all the trouble, most books are not available, what a National joke!

Why so useless the apps, cant even login. Reset password also still unable to login.

As a National Library, if these are the only book choices you have, it’s such an utter shame! Pathetic! Learn from our neighbour Singapore’s NLB! I feel envious of those who can read almost any books they want from their NLB in Singapore. How I wish our PNM can have such wide range of books to read from too! So I downloaded this app to browse through but to my much dismay, there’s almost nothing I can read from. Please buck up on your library before encouraging people to read!
