Takes between 5 minutes and 4 hours to setup an account and sign in. Some devices simply can’t complete this process. When it works, it does a reasonable job. Completely stopped working on the last day of the cruise.

Email and password is not accepted even though it was reset twice. Facial ID set up but you still need name birthday, email, and password. App deleted now!

App would be great if it worked. If we could actually see the daily itinerary instead of an error message (I resorted to just taking screenshots of it rather than being forced to login every two minutes). Couldn’t use it to reserve spots at the restaurant or spa. Wifi on the ship was shocking anyway.

Absolutely useless app. Nothing works properly. I can’t even get my booking on it.

Cannot get past the enter password step. Goes round and round. P&O / Carnival are not endearing themselves to their customers before the cruise. Trying their question chat bot online just returns a message that their employees are the happiest in the planet. If we could report P&O / Carnival to the ACCC for false promises about their app we would.

Can’t log in. When I can it does not recognize the booking. I have to always input email & birthdate. I have deleted and reloaded app numerous times. Simply appalling.

Could we please have face recognition for the app. This would make it so much easier to access your information. Having to repeat your name date of birth, and booking number so many times is so time consuming and frustrating. Love the ship, love the staff and the service, all so good except the app by which we live, while on board.

Not very intuitive, difficult to navigate

Not even letting you register. If login via explore page then you have to repeat the process again and again. Hopefully will be better under new management.

Such a big industry, the tech and convenience is worst. Log in takes ages and away needs details and keep Missing booking . Any amateur could develop better app than this . Such a Headache to use as a customer.
