App not fixed for more than a year
It won’t let you get pass the language selection menu after first launch. After a whole year this bug is still there.

BOOK YOUR FERRY FREIGHT CROSSING
- If you haven’t travelled on one of our ferries as a freight customer before, with just a few personal details you will be able to register and create a profile.
- Once you have a profile, you’ll be able to sign in, book and pay online for any ferry freight crossings between Dover and Calais for your lorry, truck or van 24/7.
- All your ferry bookings are stored in one place, and you can view them once you’ve signed in.
SAILING SCHEDULE AND LIVE UPDATES
- Stay up-to-date with our ferry sailing schedules.
- Check for live updates on all our routes, including Dover ⇌ Calais, Hull ⇌ Zeebrugge, Hull ⇌ Europoort (Rotterdam), Tilbury ⇌ Zeebrugge, Teesport ⇌ Zeebrugge, Teesport ⇌ Europoort (Rotterdam), Larne ⇌ Cairnryan and Liverpool ⇌ Dublin.
- Manage your alerts with options to choose to be notified when there are changes to a specific sailing or you can choose to receive notification about a specific route.
MANAGE YOUR PROFILE
- Do you need to make changes to your personal details? Our app allows you to manage those changes en route 24 hours a day.

Can’t get past the select a language page. Therefore making this app pointless.

“EXPERTS IN WHAT WE DO”
This is written in big letters in their support page… And he APL doesn’t even go past the first window 😂 “Chose language” No can do… useless
App doesn’t work
App doesn’t allow you to get past first page. Have to select a language but it doesn’t give you an option to select one! P&O use to be a great company, seems to have gone downhill in the last few years, maybe re investment in their staff ( improved pay and conditions) and services is needed! I would love to start using P&O again but have little confidence at the moment in them ( especially if they can’t even get the app to work!)
What a joke
What a useless app won't get me past the first page... What's anyones hope 😡
