Very helpful for communication with staff and Clienat so our whole team knows what’s going on ! Hugely recommend

If you’re a small biz or just starting out, I do NOT RECOMMEND PODIUM!!! They’ll put you in a 1 YEAR CONTRACT, even if you explain to them you’re a new biz + don’t really have a budget for it, + will still convince you you need their services, + just to ‘try it for a few months’. They’ll still have you sign something, for ‘permission to help’, that’ll be your 1 Year long contract, that no matter how many time you explain, you want out + simply CANNOT AFFORD their services!! And after switching booking apps about 2 mo in, I found my new booking app had 99% of what Podium offers, for ONLY 24.99$/mo, which was 1/10 of what Podium changed me!! And after speaking to the collections lady that called on their behalf, they have a Lot of PO-ed former clients she has to hear an earful from!! A Lot!!! I honestly don’t know how it’s So highly rated in here, so after speaking with the lady this morning, I thought I’d get on here + let others know what my experience with them was like. Even after explaining my booking app does all their stuff, they’d still keep emailing + messaging, asking me to setup more + more meetings to set things up thru their app, instead of my booking app, which I’d also have to check thru the day, so essentially adding to the apps I regularly have to check thru the day, + taking more time, making things more complicated (why pay for that, esp at an extra $250+/month!?!). Explained + explained, even pleaded, but they didn’t care! Then, as soon as my contract Finally expired, they start hounding me to sign back up, when I’d waited for 9 Months for the contract to run out?!! Are you serious, Batman?!! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. If you have the extra $250+/mo for sure you can put towards this for at least 1 Yr (who knows how long the current contract are?!), + don’t already use an app that does most this, then go ahead. But if not, please don’t risk it!!! If I’d known it was a 1-Yr contract, I never would’ve signed, + that mistake ended up costing my small biz + me, Over $3,000!!!! Was going to get a fam member, an attorney to look at their contract, but they unfortunately passed before they could, but doubt it’s legal, if there’s no satisfaction or completion clauses for their work. Would love to know, so before paying their balance, I may get an attorney (it’d be less expensive!)!!

Been using this service for over a year now. Honestly, I hate it. Started since we signed up with them. The girl who was supposed to train my team went ghost on us immediately after we signed. Still to this day, I’m waiting for a call back. One of the reasons why my team and I were so excited for this was because we were told we can customize features and if it wasn’t possible, they would absolutely make it happen for us.. guess what… I’ve submitted several feature requests and was told no. Also, we are constantly missing calls- saying abandoned. Which on the caller it drops the calls. Regardless of the strength of internet service. Today, I’m having issues making phone calls. I am about to lose my mind with Podium. I’m really considering on getting out of Podium.

I absolutely LOVE podium! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone! It’s so easy to use and extremely useful for all of my needs!

This app is extremely unreliable, messages don’t always come through. Constantly having to log back in.

Talk about a company that does what they say they will do. Have improved our google score and their marketing tools are amazing. We have an excellent representative who stays in touch helping us improve our sales and our internet footprint. Worth every penny.
