POEMS SG 2.0 - Trading App

Find it better than Poems Mobile 3.0. One thing I hope to have is Alert for Expired GTC orders. So that I know and will remember to go in and set another GTC order if I’m still interested in the stock.

Worst app and worst trading platform. High commission with hidden fees.

Slow in profolio updates , Delayed 3-4 days. Slow in US market

I can’t believe the number of reviews who rate this app as the best. Maybe they have not used any other app? It s absolutely not user friendly and outdated Unable to see live profit/loss. Unable to amend trades, must cancel and te-enter. Need to type password for every transaction. And the list goes on. The web platform is no better (hardly improved since the late 90s) and is a mess to navigate. I am closing my account once I am done selling my shares and I have already moved to another broker for my new trades.

Or able to use Face ID with iPhone 13 pro, please look into it. Error msg. No problem with iPhone 12 Pro. Thank you

Less intuitive design, a lot less trading modes compared to other platforms... TouchID not working when submitting a trade, and "ask password on trade" setting does not persist my choices - caused me losses both in money (literally) and time during trade.

1. Can't even find out the amount of cash I have in the account from the app. Something so simple. 2. Can't easily find out the brokerage fees. 3. Why does the customer need to enter the % fee. Really. The company doesn't know? Lol.

Nothing much to say. Nothing good.

No clear distinction between trading on margin and on available cash. POEMS must enjoy collecting the fees a lot… switching to other platforms soon.
