What A Day Looks Like in Pokémon Sleep
■ When Night Falls...
It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night. You can also play using sleep data tracked via your smartwatch.
■ A New Day Dawns
By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex!
■ And the Rest of the Day...
Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles!
Rest Your Very Best!
■ Check Your Sleep Report
What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep.
■ Get Support to try to Sleep Your Best
You can have Pokémon at your side even when you sleep! With features like Pokémon-inspired music to relax you into sleep, plus smart alarms that wake you when you’re in a shallow stage of sleep, Pokémon Sleep may help you to rest your very best.
■ Smartwatch Pairing
By linking with Apple Health, you can use sleep data tracked through certain smartwatches to play Pokémon Sleep.

Would love more customisation
Bright lights and colours are pretty harsh on the eyes when winding down or waking up, dark mode would be great! Otherwise great app, good sleep = good rewards :)
Amazing but wow $$$
You can play without paying, but it would be nice if the sub was more reasonable. All purchases are at huuuuge cost in this game. But other than that it’s great.

It the best game ever
terrible algorithm
I was really angry after a good sleep but just got a poor score of 36/100. It should be a 100, but the algorithm count my sleep score wrongly and split it into two days. I got no reward Pokemon ball!!! Also it always couldn’t found my sleep record in apple health but the data were already there!!!
Love it
The sleep data is quite useful seeing the audio decibels and recordings overnight. Quite interesting; I’ll be using it long term and may pay the sub to support future developments. Great game.
I love this app
This sleep tracker has genuinely fixed my sleep as someone with ADHD though I wish I could connect it too my Apple Watch for tracking as the Pokémon sleep device is a bit out of my budget, this genuinely gets me to interact and build a schedule which I really need but a setting to turn off animations would be nice
Game lost my account
My game crashed so many times that i was kicked out of my account and i have not been able to get back in at all :(
Time exhausting
I just find the game really slow, especially after asking up. I don’t have 10-15 mins to take photos, talk to professors, feed 1 singular cookie to level up pokemon.
Problem
Most times I go and check my Pokémon sleep, but apparently no valid sleep sessions were found!?I haven’t been on any other tabs!
