so many bugs that they need to fix but will not make the effort. They have you register for a game and take the money but the game becomes unavailable and you have to deal with support team which will give you so many runarounds that you have no choice but to report them as fraud. That’s the only way they will respond back to you and refund you back the money.

Now I’m playing the best

The biggest joke. I closed my account in August with $200 in it. I’ve been messaging them since for my money back and just get the runaround. They send me the same generic message over and over and over. I upload the documents they ask for proof and nothing. Then when I message again I get the initial email to upload my documents. STAY AWAY!!! Further I was told by my bank that this is a Chinese deposit when I transfer money. I’m not giving any money to them, no thanks!!! If my message help ONE person stay away I’ll be happy. DO NOT USE POKERSTARS!!!

Deposited money never received in my account. Then tried getting help left me on “investigating” complete bull, stole my money 👎👎👎
