The player validation is miles to difficult I’ve put in my passport driving lic and just about everything possible except my marriage cert lmao and it’s still asking for more. Guess they need someone who can write code to help them out and I expect at some point cheating will have happened on this site if they cannot handle a verification process

Waste of time and money

...But not the equidistributed player win rate. The game is like a multiplayer slot machine. Yes, the shuffle is randomised, but the win rates are balanced out. This means that your holding never represents the true odds of that hand in the real world.

All games seem to be rigged. Stay away from this platform

This casino is not great, they will drain your bank account, their games pay little to nothing compared to other casinos, despite the answer they will reply here, do not believe on them, do not use them.

My account could not get verified after providing the correct documentation. When trying to contact the support team with the email provided, they say the email doesn’t exist anymore and direct me to a bot customer service chat that then tries to connect me to an agent that doesn’t exist. I’ve been waiting over an hour, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

So all was going well until i got a small payout after that it all went sideways, slots kept on crashing with pop up messages saying error and game reloads i thought its a 1 time thing but it kept on happening throughout all of that i was constantly getting in touch with customer support and even with the proof and screenshots I provided they didn’t solve the situation and restricted my account saying due to an issue at first then they started saying for a random security check i got ignored many times this is no way to deal with customers and still no solution i got restricted for complaining about games being faulty and they refused to give me back a refund for what i deposited in those 3 days clearly the games are faulty and i sent screenshots of what was happening and they didn’t even take it into consideration which is very disappointing as all the proof was there i don’t recommend this app at all as its faulty and they restrict you for complaining and asking for a refund because their games are being faulty.

Probably the worst on the market, horrible platform to navigate, graphics look like something you’d have found on windows 98 and promo bonuses practically get you nothing.
