Nice marketing but no customer support and awful relaunch.

Battery life could be better but no other complaints.

This is so awesome. I love the fact I can touch & go. Looking forward to see what else I can do with this

After trying install the latest firmware update, my printer can’t turn off and the app can’t recognize it. In my Bluetooth settings, it’s listed as being connected but the app is constantly searching for the printer. The only way I can turn off is by pressing the reset button (which doesn’t help with much else).

I got this for my daughter for Christmas 2024. Downloaded the app paired with Bluetooth and tried to update firmware. Every time I update the firmware it repeats the same message that I need to update the firmware. I’ve restarted printer, my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and did this on two different phones. I get the same issue. I’m sure it’s great but the app is keeping me from Enjoying this printer.

i got it as a christmas present and loved it, i let it sit for around a year and when i wanted to use it again it froze. it turned on and then it just got stuck, it doesn’t turn off i have to turn it off by doing the reset and even after the reset it still didn’t work, it would say it’s connected to my bluetooth but then the app would say it can’t find a device and i tried everything to make it work and nothing is working

If Your Printer Doesn’t Work Good Luck Because The App Won’t Help. And Don’t Try To Chat With Support Because It’s An AI Bot You Can’t Even Answer Questions. Buy A Instamax Instead And Save Some Money.

I went and bought 20 sheets for my Polaroid Hi Printer but only 4 prints came through on each pack. So, out of 20 sheets at 16.99$, I was only able to print 8 photos .
