Drivers care about software OS which directly impact user experience.

Couldn’t connect even the car said paired, the app is still not showing but ask to pair again. Couldn’t use any of the features mentioned. Please fix it. Disappointed.

Besides taking too long to connect and only locking and turning climate control on - the timer for the daily climate setting never activates as it should and not once has been effective. The app access is a mare, always drops and has no facial ID and the font size is tiny leading to many frustrated mornings when my glasses were not to hand. Asking me to buy another car and associated stuff is totally useless and there are no really interesting Polestar content pieces either. Considering their tech theme - this is disappointing….plus the reverse anti collision is a total mare too… :( The log in feature is also web based not on the app which is another complete design flaw….blocked again / really bad experience

Phone interface and functionality with car are poor

Constantly asking me to log back in. My phone never works as a key. Completely useless

Every time I use the app I have to log in. It’s infuriating!

App continues to logout, for no apparent reason, recently showing as blank on the widget, but when you click on it it’s fine? What’s the point of the widget then? Never use this over a key as could never rely on it. One good thing is the remote locking, it does do that well and promptly, wish the car did it for you….

Could do with Apple Watch app.

V easy to use, but could do with a couple additional small things. Pre Climate, this should be able to be adjusted rather than only 22 degrees (too warm), then also a reminder to lock your car if accidentally left unlocked. Love this car though.
