Awful sign up process and bad payment service
Awful sign up process. You cannot even sign up within the app, you have to go to a separate website that looks fake and it even ask you for PESEL number which is illegal! In addition, when I tried to pay in Pounds, before I can pay it tried to charge me 1 zloty. It’s a stupid rule as if you live abroad and you are already charged in pounds, you shouldn’t be asked to pay anything in zloty because that incures bank fees! Overall awful design of the app, awful design of the sign up process that is super user unfriendly and awful payment website. In addition the website is not accurate. When you try to pay, it says you will be transfered to DotPay, but instead you are transfered to przelewy.pl? Ridicolous. And so many violations of RODO (GDPR) that I pretty much stopped counting!
