This is the companion APP for setting up the voice-activated system of Polygroup® Smart Trees and other Polygroup® Smart Products.
This APP is only required during the initial setup of Polygroup® Smart Products to allow you to connect them to Amazon Alexa. Once the setup is complete, you will be able to operate the products completely with voice commands, and there is no need to re-open this APP unless you are adding additional products.

Polygroup DUMB products

Does not work. Trash.

Unsupported app

Why is this app even still in the App Store? It hasn't been updated in 3 years! It doesn't work. My "smart" tree is only a year old and the app has never worked for me. Sadly, there's no way to know about the app until after you've bought the tree.

Terrible App

I would give this zero stars if I could! Followed the instructions as stated to get connected with no success. Waste of time! ID doesn’t show up in WiFi selection, network settings only says failed and doesn’t do anything else. Deleting the app and reinstalling it did nothing.

App doesn’t work! Don’t waste time!

Agree with first review I saw- app button doesn’t even work to just began with the set up. You can’t use the Alexa either to connect the tree!

This app does not work - poorly designed and not supported. Do not waste your time, as I have, trying to set this up.

Fix the app please

So me and my parents download it and I won't work. I reset my phone and nothing. It's a waste of time. This is a bad app don't waste your time on this app! No wonder it has 1.5 stars! Waste of time bad app

Very dumb do not waste your time it doesn’t do anything and you might as Well get rid of your product too.

Worst smart accessory

Super cumbersome to make the tree a “smart tree”. Easier to push the bottom on the tree switch. You have to use their app to setup in Google home and Google Assistant but only works in Google assistant and after speaking a command and then speaking what you want it to do. No shortcuts.
