“Check the pop app for latest train times” Checks the pop app Train scheduled in 6 minutes When did it actually arrive…..15 minutes later

The app crashes when you try to load the station list so it is now no longer possible to find out what time the trains run unless you’re physically standing on the platform. There is already no way to see the arrival times at the station before you pay and go down to the platform. You find out that there is a 20+ minute delay, be unable to get a refund and then have to leave and pay for a different means of transport that actually works. Now the app doesn’t work either it’s literally just gambling whether you’ll be able to use the metro ticket you just bought! Awesome! Why is this service SO bad???

This app is almost as unpredictable as the metro service is purports to predict the running times of. Make a better effort on both fronts, please.

Checked the app prior to going to the metro. Got there the app times aren’t the same as the times displayed on the wall at the station, display one was correct

This app isn’t consistent in real time. At best it’s a generally a couple of minutes out but it’s usually well off and has made me late for work quite a few times. You can’t rely on the general set timetable as it’s never reliable. As I type the app says the next metro is 8 minutes but the platform display states 17 - which is it?!!

This app is totally useless as the live updates just don’t reflect when trains will actually arrive at a station. It shows a time and then for no reason it changes at the last minute ! At least the app gives a flavour of the service you’ll receive from Nexus Metro - terrible !

This app is bad. Bad graphics small fonts times differ to station boards. Can’t be relied on. A bit like the trains.

I’ve found it pretty accurate so far and it stops me having to allow extra time or wait around on the platform.

I use the real-time information every day and it’s never been incorrect. I do only use Metro in zone 1 (central corridor) though, where the frequency is higher

Finally get the app as I’m used to waiting well over 20 mins for a train only to find out they don’t even update the train timetable. Get to the station early and it says 14 mins, and says gaps in service check the pop app for updates!
