This used to be a really fun game to play with lots of bonus rounds. I didn’t mind spending some real money as it was so much fun. Not anymore, you will lose your billions instantly..barely a bonus round to keep the excitement high. Such a shame
Just updated and can’t collect my day 219 daily bonus!!? Collected in end. Server must have updated or something, on day 335! Enjoy playing the slots still and building up my bonuses for a big win!
Purchase didn’t register so a waste of money. And the automatic spin on ‘max bet’ has wiped out my account 3 times now. Also recently when I’ve won one wheel rolled again and I lost. It’s all fixed.
The game is designed to make you pay loads of money out. They’ve taken any sort of fun out of this. Whenever I finally manage to get my money on a good amount, I somehow go on a losing streak where it will only give me one or two bonus spots and the only a 50x win. I don’t think they realise this isn’t suppose to be real gambling and putting money in should mean you get a decent amount of play… wrong! You will lose it all within a matter of 5 minutes. Way too many popups to try and make you pay so they go away. Great concept, bad execution. Customer service is a joke, you say anything to them and it takes days to reply with a cutesy message basically saying get over it, we don’t care.

Now that I’ve levelled up a bit I can NOT believe the prices for premium and “deals” I’ll always buy premium as it was 1.99 or something HOW DOES IT GO UP TOO 19.99!!!??!? I am level 428 and just recently somehow it went up just like that? I have actually noticed the difference in prices for “deals” and stuff. There is NO WAY I’m paying nearly £40 for fake money. That isn’t a deal. Please change this. I always bought premium as it was not expensive at all and now you put it up to a pathetic amount? Please change this! It isn’t fair.
Customer support is disgusting always ignored quick to take your money tho.
Please pay attention to what loyal players are saying. You’re going to loose everyone if you keep giving out less than 100x bonuses. It doesn’t make people want to spend their money, like you think it does. The past few days I’ve played 5 billion and got around 300 million back. Change it before you loose all the players who have been playing for years, like myself.
Been playing this for ages and really loved it. Didn’t need to spend an arm and a leg to have fun, wins where good. Then they doubled the bonus stating how wonderful this was, then they hike up the bets you need to place, not for all slots granted but for the fun ones. As usual they used to love the games, now they just want your money, not interested in the players. Sick of it. Have spun my final reels, this is beyond a joke and has become incredibly money focused. I can’t believe how much you have changed the games. I’m out, you’re getting no more money from me.
A good game with to many faults when you watch the bonuses you see people getting big wins all the time muiltple bonuses aswell and in the 5 years Ive played it same outcome every time which leads me to believe wet only playing bots not real people they want you to think it’s real people winning. When ever you raise you bet past 10 million you get nothing it just takes your coins other day for example done well to save lots of coins played one game spent 8 billion coins to receive 1 bonus square and my bonus at the end was 80 million. So I questioned this a week ago still waiting for a reply always the same the customer service is shocking. Apple do you job and look into these rip off merchants.
