Spent 20 minutes imputing several type of debit / credit cards.Mastercard and visa all to no avail could not pay for the parking. Ended up trying several times in front of the security cameras in the event they come looking for penalties. Why do companies who want guaranteed payment use App that can’t not guarantee functionality. Terrible app park somewhere else.

Frequently just loses your “saved” cards / locations / vehicles without warning. Frequently hangs without completing payment. Car park machines don’t accept cards so after 10 mins mucking about trying to reinstall I generally give up and go elsewhere. I now avoid the car park that uses this app.

Buffered for ages so I left the car park. Got a £60 ticket because I was over 10 minutes. No option to pay cash. Avoid these car parks, absolute rubbish. The app rarely works.

I have to use this app for my local hospital. Doesn’t save card details - even though it has check box to save - and doesn’t appear to allow you to load card details in advance. So you rock up without your card on you …. Would not use unless I had to for hospital

Doesn’t allow you to edit or add a new credit card so when your card expires, which they inevitably do, you can’t then park, causing nothing but stress when it is the only option to pay for parking (Northampton Bike Park, take note). For any companies or councils, stick with the normal solutions and don’t just go cheap or try to be out there, it just doesn’t work).

Doesnt work absolute scam

Initially (for a few months) the App worked fine. Around Aug 23 I used the App to pay for one hour parking and all went through ok. A few days later I get an e-mail saying I didn’t pay for parking and a photo of my car was attached. I was informed I would pay a fine (£50 approx) ?? I took a screenshot of my payment from the App under History. I had to submit an appeal to the fine which I did. Got a reply which didn’t apologise but said after looking at the evidence “on this occasion PopPay would not charge me” !! Unreal ! Just tried the App today and it asks to confirm payment for parking with my bank. I can select Banking App or a one time password. Neither did anything when selected ?? I rang PopPay and explained problem and a helpful lady took my payment. Not a very good or reliable App at all.

This app does not allow payment using ApplePay. It also does not have the ability to read card details you have previously stored in Apple Wallet. You must enter your card number manually so I hope you have your actual card to hand when you first find this app is the only way to pay for parking; I gave up carrying a physical card years ago because all these details are already stored in my phone. Given that this app can’t accept ApplePay or read from Apple Wallet, I don’t trust that the company is transmitting or storing credit card details securely.

This app is run by a scam parking company, you will be fined up to £100 when their app doesn’t accept payment. I’ve never been scammed from parking before but avoid this app and whatever car park you’re trying to park in!

It couldn’t find my location. Doesn’t take ApplePay. Asks me for a Zip Code. RingGo, please buy them out.
