Always logs out and needs to sign in again. Slow to show code while at the counter and unable to just save an offline version. Is you loyalty program so expensive that you need protection more than a bank account? Constantly signing out users and causing inconvenience. If I can give negative stars, I would.

Loading is slow on website and not user friendly on linking new card or system auto update information after card renew

No useful function at all, the only purpose is no need to bring physical member card if you linked the membership with it. Physical need to cancelled if u link your account in apps.
