The app has many issues. Address book cannot be updated and list goes on including parcel is posted in someone social media instead of receiving party. The app need more improvement to accept I other language into the delivery address New issue - the app cannot update parcel status. Have to copy the parcel id and use another app to track

I don’t know they are lack of budget to develop mobile app or whatever. The system is very lag, the worst thing is when I click to print the consignment note also not responding

I am not regular customer but I found this app help me speed up in posting item. Super fast delivery. My aunt left her medicine at home so I need to sent it back to her ASAP. TQSM Pos Malaysia. There is still room for improvement for the app. Good Job 👍

Apps not user friendly, server respond really slow, and i need waiting for loading page so long just for printing consigment note, please upgrade your server and dont hired intern staff to do the job

Apps teruk lagging, dari web ke apps. Sampai nak check tracking number semua susah. Teruk la!

Kalau boleh tak nak letak star langsung….Mcm mna post laju tak rugi berjuta tiap tahun service out tak nak improve…app ni sgt menyusahkan…nk scan qr dh masuk byk kali data tak boleh scan….lps tu every year sibuk pos laju alami kerugian…punca dia dari siapa dr pos laju sendiri…menysahkan pengguna tak mesra langsung sbb tu ramai consumer tak pilih pos laju…harap pihak pos laju baca feedback consumer
