From the comfort of your home, you can now Pay bills, make school fees payments, buy Airtime, Transfer funds, check your account balance, request account statements, etc.
In addition to the basic transaction set above, this version of the application enables our customers to perform the following:
- Online banking self-registration
- School fees and Tax Payments
- Forex rates
- Request for Full statement and receive by email
- Request for Fixed deposit account
- Request for a Loan
- International transfers
- Card management
- Device and PIN reset
- One-off wallet transfers
- Enhanced Security
- New User Interface with better user experience

Terrible Experience
The new app upgrade has bad glitches and the customer care is none existent! Avoid if possible.
Numbers
The numbers you always provide for diaspora people are not reachable my phone got spoiled and I had to buy another one and I can’t access my account on my new phone they always invalid source they tell to contact administrator they collect information and still can’t connect yr account to the new device what kind of services are these
