PostNord - Track your parcels

The only way to copy a track ID from the app is to “share”, which copies a link to PostNord’s website rather than just the tracker. That is a super-annoying inconvenience!

Customer service telling me to track down my package in Sydney Australia! -No updates in my PostNord app, can’t track my passage for 10 days.

I’ve sent a parcel worth less than $20 that has been held in customs for several weeks now. No one will tell me why or how I can fix it or when it will be released. The app does not allow questions or filing of a complaint or an investigation. It’s a care package for a friend who is very unwell. I’m bitterly disappointed she is not receiving my parcel in a timely matter.

Same information comes five to six times. Even throughout the night . Please stop it.

The apps layout is great and easy to understand except there is only 4 options for receiving and delivering regions. This needs to be more diverse to make it easier for the customers tracking there orders. Also a delivery estimate would be great 👍.

Skulle levereras för länge sen, dålig kundservice och felaktigt information. Paketets skulle kunna hämtas ut men var inte ens där! Skäms på er Postmord!!😡🫣🙄
