The only way to copy a track ID from the app is to “share”, which copies a link to PostNord’s website rather than just the tracker. That is a super-annoying inconvenience!

Vi kender allesammen det. Det er noget galt med en af pakke vi venter på. Så skal man åbne appen og gå ind på chatten for at få hjælp. Nu viser den du er nr 245 i køen og anslået tid er 45 minutter. Det er fair nok men hvorfor skal man holde mobil i hånd og banke på skærm hver 30 sekund? Ellers skærmen slukker og man får besked: “er du der? Chatten lukker om lidt. Hold appen åbent!” Øv! Jeg kan sagtens vente for kundeservice men hvorfor skal jeg holde min mobil i hånd i tre kvarterer???

This app is lacking critical feature for customers, what practically makes it useless for sending. Useful only for receiving. Still unable to trace packets from abroad.
I had a very bad experience, awaiting for my package for more then a month, then at the day when it supposed to arrive I checked the status again. To my surprise it showed that there was some kind of mistake with the address at the package (no proof of that either) and my parcel’s status changed to „return to sender”. After contacting the customer service I learned that there is nothing that they can do, since they are unable to contact their postman, therefore there was nothing they could do to help me resolve that matter. They advice was „ to wait until my package returns to sender (can take up to another month) and then contact them about the issue” which in my opinion shows how useless the customer service is and the poor condition of the procedures at the company, since they dont even require any form of contact with drivers or proofs of decisions made by them.
Skulle levereras för länge sen, dålig kundservice och felaktigt information. Paketets skulle kunna hämtas ut men var inte ens där! Skäms på er Postmord!!😡🫣🙄
Mycket bra app som fungerar i alla lägen, och enkel att tyda appen 👍🏻
Bara tjuvar som är anställda där och själva postnord är ett skämt
