Great starting point
Very handy little app. It’s tough to know where to start after a pregnancy. I had pelvic floor issues after my first pregnancy, so I wanted to ease in to working out after my second, but I’m not great at deciding what exercises to do. I LOVE that they put together these simple exercises for you and the explanations and videos are helpful. The app can be a little glitchy sometimes, but does just fine after closing it and restarting…the price of a free app.
