I loved this app. Until it stopped syncing. No matter what I did to troubleshoot, nothing. My son is special needs and all his providers, school, home caregivers are on this app and we can’t use it the way we used to. Not sure how much longer I’ll keep paying monthly. :(
You only get so many timer sets before you have to subscribe and pay. I just want a free version and this was very deceptive
While the app was useful it also drained my battery and made my phone overheat! Deleted
This app was not helpful. It forces you to set the timers on your own and makes no loud noise when the timer goes off. Was a waste of time I’m better off setting a timer on my phone
I downloaded this to try with my granddaughter and while the app itself seems great and has lots of helpful features, when the inevitable “buy me” pop-up appeared, I thought, why not try the 3-day free trial? The one-year box was highlighted and when I clicked on the one-month box, the free trial disappeared. So I clicked on the one-year box, then on the 3-day free trial box. It explained exactly how to go to your Apple ID and cancel before the end of your trial to avoid being charged, which I did immediately. The red “you have canceled your subscription” appeared and I noted with some irritation that it said it expired October 17, ie: I only got a one-day trial instead of 3. What I DIDNT notice was the 2024 after it. Today (10/18/23) there is an email receipt for my one-year subscription for $19.99. I am not an idiot. I carefully read the terms and followed the directions for getting the free trial. This app cheats you!
I’ve texted customer support from the app and they never reply. Why even have that feature in the app if it’s not working?
The app had 5 stars when it was free. It was totally just a year ago when I potty trained my first child.
In order for me to edit the timer settings, I had to uninstall and reinstall. Sometimes the timer option doesn’t appear and when it does, a pop up to become a premium member appears, and does not initiate the timer. Using it to log activities and will use my phones timer
I wanted to change the timer from 30 minutes to 20 after giving them my email so they can send spam they asked for 2 dollars to unlock their features I’m not paying .10 to change a timer find another app for your needs!
I paid for this application for no reason, it was nice at first my now the app is not updating/syncing with the potty times of my kids. I reached out for tech help and no one has gotten back to me .
