Tapping into any of the boxes that require numbers doesn’t bring up the keyboard. I had to text numbers to myself and copy/paste them into the required fields

The estimated charging cost is always 8-12 times more than the actual cost. This problem makes me have to top off and add money into the PowerFlex app more often than I would if the estimate was close to the actual cost.

Hire an exterminator. Jesus Christ. I can’t even count the number of bugs in this app. Like a gazillion

I tried to use this app today for the first time and WHY DOES IT ASK SO MANY QUESTIONS? Just let me charge until I come back! Do yourself a favor and stick to one of the other EV charging providers. This UI is terrible. :/

Holy mackerel is it painful to start a charging session! And if you happen to be in a parking garage without no cell signal don’t even try. It doesn’t have to be this difficult…

Two issues: 1) Bring back the ability to monitor multiple sessions. 2) Allow a profile for each type of vehicle as they have different requirements. For example an electric motorcycle with a 14 kWh battery and an electric car with an 85 kWh battery have vastly different requirements.

Recently this app pushed an update that began requiring location access at all times. There is no legitimate need for this app to require location when not in use, and (given that it identifies a station with a QR code) arguably no reason to require location at all. I now avoid PowerFlex stations because of the hassle of turning on location access and turning it off again.

I’ve used this app for both workplace charging and at the LAX parking garage, and it just doesn’t work consistently. I have wasted a lot of time trying to start a charge. Plus for some reason the app forces you to give location permissions even when the app is not open in order to charge. I don’t think it is currently a good use of money for institutions to use this company for their charging services
