I like the app. I actually use this more than my peloton. I wish they would stratify classes by strength and cycling. I only use this app for strength classes and don’t like sifting through the cycling classes. Also, I wished she consistently drop new content. For example, it’s 11/11 and no new content since 10/27. Frustrating when you’re paying for something. I think this will be the last month I subscribe.
There is nothing that I can say about this app and the classes other than it is a life changing experience. It is not just a basic class, but a motivational, entertaining, spiritual experience like no other exercise class out there.
This entire team gives me so much love and hope to keep myself going. Even on the days where I feel so tired, their energy and craft are so special and elite! Thank you so much for this!

I believe the setup feels more personable than other platforms. It’s a little expensive for an app but honestly it’s worth it and the app stays updated, which to me, shows their intent and dedication to their creation.
Absolutely amazing classes! Kristina has the energy/knowledge and program to get anyone’s heart pounding and excitement going for hours! Amazing app and I recommend it!
