Got my winder with a grand complication PP, didn’t work, the dealer change it with a new one that also doesn’t work. Dealer did his best, but PP failed with their winder. Regarding the APP you cannot reset, restart or know anything except “cycle in progress or waiting for the next cycle”. When is the next cycle, for how long will the cycle last and syncing the winder with your watch through a barcode or watch face are simple features that I highly recommend PP to add. Please PP I love the build of your watches please keep the same when it comes to simple tech 🙏🏼
