Practice Better

apple health integration no longer syncing / working. Help!

Not intuitive- can’t copy meals from day to day without saving as meal. Many barcodes are not recognized. Many high end foods not listed.

Chart. Email. App. Support is non existent. Kinda scary

I’m new. It’s confusing. I hope yo get used to it.

Trying to send messages thru the app it’s frustrating I don’t have an answer and already pass two weeks

I’m an Apple developer and I can say with confidence that the engineering team has architecture this app very poorly. I’ve used it for a week and it has crashed at least 10 times. Also has had significant lags. I’m using this to prepare for a race and locked in because of my trainer but I’m going to ask to use another app, this one crashes too much

This app is horrible and not very user-friendly. First, it is tough to navigate and God forbid you have two different practitioners. You should be able to toggle back-and-forth, but I cannot and when I received an invitation from the practitioner that is new, it made the other one go away. I am using both practitioners. What a nightmare!

This app is getting better but it’s still difficult to find things. For example, while trying to locate my credit card info, following the instructions for doing so, I get a list of practitioners instead - and mine isn’t even listed. Makes no sense. I think it’ll be a more useful app once the bugs are worked out but it’s not there yet. UPDATE: Found it. I was looking for the name of the individual practitioner instead of the practice name.

I’ve used other apps that I really liked, but Practice Better came highly recommended for functional medicine practices due to its built-in forms. Unfortunately, my experience has been the worst I’ve encountered in this field. Over the past three months, I’ve been stuck in a frustrating cycle of trying to address a basic issue with logging client calls. Despite numerous attempts to reach customer support, each response takes a day or more, and solutions have been either incomplete or ineffective. When I tried scheduling a support call, I was given a two-week waiting time—a completely unreasonable delay for anyone needing timely solutions in a fast-paced practice. I even closed my account and reopened a new one, hoping to resolve the issue, but the same problems persist. Pros: • Convenient forms for functional medicine practices (though I couldn’t effectively use them) Cons: • Poor customer service with consistently delayed responses • Long wait times for support calls (up to two weeks) • Recurrent issues remain unresolved despite multiple attempts If you’re a health professional looking for reliable client management, I recommend exploring other options. For an app in the health field, responsive and effective support should be a priority, and Practice Better falls far short.

There is a bot that tries to help you but the company doesn't have humans in the customer service desk. They send confusing links and they have a confusing set of videos but it's really hard to navigate. My patients hate it.
