A Timely Reminder to Be Present
Breathe… It’s so simple to do and this app provides a lovely wake up call to practice presence every hour! I’ve been meditating for years, but after reading Choosing Presence I’ve learned that breath work, prayer, and contemplation aren’t simply exercises of the mind. Rather, realizing a deep sense of peace and presence comes from the heart. The Practicing Presence app helps remind me that I can take three conscious breaths every hour and return to peace. Just do the practice and you won’t get lost in all the noise and distractions of your busy life!
