There is absolutely no customer support. Worst service provider. It’s been 4 months and no reply regarding the profile creation and the money paid.

WORST SERVICE BY THE EMPLOYEES . Only sales no proper service

The practo pro designed for doctors looks like a scam …because of the below mentioned reasons 1) they ask for registration fees in thousands to get more visibility 2) pt books an appointment for video consult and the doctor takes out time for that …but then the pt cancels the appointment or doesnt show up…so there is no provision for doctor to get the fees…its just waste of time for doctor 3) in instant consultations- the fees for the doctor is only 100 and the doctor has no idea how much money is being taken from the pt. 4)also they show the positive feedback %age which keeps on decreasing on its own ( i.e even if doctor is not using app for 4-5 days, the score decreases itself) 5) the feedback is never visible to doctor , so the doctor has no idea where the mistake was made 6) when the score reaches below a certain value (which u dont have any idea ) u stop recieving the consults 7) on asking how to improve the score if we are not getting new pt- they just tell you to come online at odd hours So i dont think the doctors and even the pt.should fall in this trap.

No commitment at all Now these people have become more greedy They r blackmailing doctors also for reach slot campaign Dr Rajiv Goel Deep Dental Faridabad

Tried many times to register but failed. They show me sad face everytime.

Useless customer service people are not able to take appointments even after recharging wallet

Bad experience. No will respond to my issues.
