I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and overall experience with Parshanti Sarees. I had purchased a saree from their online store, expecting a seamless shopping experience, but what I received was the complete opposite. I have been trying to return the saree I bought, but the company has shown absolutely no response to my repeated requests. I placed my order with high hopes of receiving a quality product and enjoying a hassle-free online shopping experience. However, once I received the saree, it was not what I expected. It was either the wrong item or of a much lower quality than what was shown on the website, which is not what I had in mind when I made my purchase. Since then, I have attempted to reach out to their customer support team multiple times. Over the past 1 to 2 months, I have written several emails to their customer service, outlining the issue, explaining my desire to return the product, and requesting a refund. However, all of my efforts have been in vain. I have received no response from them at all—no acknowledgment, no confirmation, no follow-up. It feels like my concerns are being completely ignored. This has left me feeling extremely frustrated and helpless. My money is blocked, and the company has done nothing to address the issue. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and accountability when it comes to online shopping, especially with returns and refunds. Unfortunately, Parshanti Sarees has failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The fact that I’ve been ignored for over two months is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been patient and understanding, but now I feel like I am being taken advantage of. This has been a deeply disappointing experience, and I feel compelled to share it with others so that no one else faces the same issue. Since then, I have been trying to return the saree and get a refund, but despite multiple emails over the past 1-2 months, I have received no response. My money is now blocked, and I am unable to resolve this issue due to their lack of communication and action. As a customer, I expect timely support for returns and refunds, but Parshanti Sarees has failed to deliver on that front. This is a deeply frustrating experience. I request that they take back the saree and issue a full refund immediately. I hope Parshanti Sarees improves their customer service to ensure no other customer faces this issue. The products are wonderful. Need to improve the app quality

The app does not show case the saree properly. There is no ‘roll on’ on the picture; neither is it possible to see the saree in its different parts. The page opens but quits in less than a second . Kindly fix it.

Love your sarees and jewellery . The combinations are a treat to the eye. But now I am facing some problem with your app. Not able to view the products

The app is not maintained nor updated. Kindly do it as soon as possible so that I can make purchase.

Whenever try to open any product blank screen appears

While opening the particular saree photo gallery the screen closes automatically so not able to see the saree r order.

When the product image is clicked and open in Prashanthi iOS App, immediately it gets closed. Please fix the issue.
