Lots of glitches and it’s common for none of my messages to go through at all, or to be sent to the wrong team. Given the importance of communicating with the care team, this is highly unfortunate and frustrating, and has led to numerous emergencies.

It's evident that their supposed high rating is nothing but a facade, a deceptive attempt to mask the reality of their abysmal service.Reading through the reviews, it's abundantly clear that I'm not alone in my negative experience. Each review echoes the same sentiments of frustration, disappointment, and outright anger at the lack of competence and empathy displayed by their customer service team.It begs the question: who are the individuals giving glowing four-star reviews? Are they even real customers, or just fictitious entities fabricated to prop up their tarnished reputation?I implore anyone reading this to take heed of the overwhelming evidence presented in the review section. Do not be swayed by a misleading star rating that bears no semblance to the reality of this company woeful service.In conclusion, they may try to deceive potential customers with a falsely inflated rating, but the truth cannot be hidden. Proceed with caution, or better yet, take your business elsewhere.An absolute disgrace.

Why would you not have push notifications set up? This is a very time sensitive process and I hate having to constantly go in to check for messages.

For an app that works with fertility clinics, which deal with very time sensitive events, and doesn’t push notifications is nonsensical. However, it’s easy to chat with clinic staff and upload documents.

I really had high hopes for this app but unfortunately, it has been a letdown. This app is just ok. The most frustrating aspect is its inability to send notifications reliably. This is crucial for staying updated on important information regarding my fertility journey. Additionally, the app has issues with opening certain tabs, making it difficult to access essential features. To top it off, the app crashes frequently, disrupting any attempt at seamless communication with my doctor. Overall, I’m deeply disappointed with the functionality of this app, as it hinders rather than aids in the fertility process.

The app does not send notification alerts like a normal app. If I have lab results or a message in the portal It does not alert me. I have to remember to check. The lab values don’t give a normal range and you can’t see any notes or after visit summaries from providers. My chart for example is a much better app and very helpful at keeping you updated on your health

The biggest issue with this app is it does not give you notifications when you have a message or any other important information from your team. Which is detrimental because a lot of stuff is time sensitive and you missed the communication with your team and you have to wait another day. And my team they leave at 2:30 every day so not getting notifications is a huge issue that I’ve complained about several times and nothing has changed.

The app no longer sends me notifications. I have all notifications turned on in my settings but have to manually check the app for messages and alerts. Please help resolve this, it’s an essential function!

This review is written after sending three emails with no help or response.

Every single time you open it you have to create a new password/login. No messages load in the mobile version. Its disappointing to know how many hundreds of thousands of dollars I’m paying these medical industries and their apps are made by teenagers overseas and have never been tested by a single nurse or doctor at these clinics.
