I can’t tell you the last time I received a lead for something over 100k. There has to be a glitch?? All other agents in my office getting 300k+ leads? Am I not paying enough? And then, I regularly get leads calling about fsbo! Seriously??

I couldn’t say enough great things about this service.

I don’t even know where to start but I’ll keep it short. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS. I signed up for Zillow's services hoping to boost my real estate business, but unfortunately, I've been left feeling disappointed. Firstly, the cost is exorbitant for the service provided. Secondly, the leads I receive are often for land or manufactured homes, which don't align with my business of selling actual properties. Moreover, their promise of a free month was not honored, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated. Overall, I expected better from such a reputable platform. Zillow: call me if you want to make it right!

I'm Disappointed that Zillow calls me and the caller is not on the line and then the Zillow rep hangs up and I'm charged for a lead. I would like to see a report monthly that tells me the number of actual leads that were connected and that doesn't include dropped calls which seems to be the norm.

The app works very well for me and keeps my PA account updated and in sync.

Easy as 123! extremely easy to navigate and document all of the needed information.

Get an automated message of a caller and that I can check the app for their information. I was unable to take the call at them time but checked the app later and found no caller information or even a record of the call.. and can’t call the number that called me back since it’s the Zillow automated service. Oh and my rep and Zillow customer service are closed over the weekend which is when most prospective clients are looking!!

Getting left angry voicemails directly to my phone number about how I have contacted this “client” and how they have never contacted me so they don’t know why I’m calling. I go to my app and Zillow says that they have connected me to this “client”, however I have never agreed to take on another client at this time nor has this “client” any clue why I’m supposedly contacting them. I never reached out to them.

Scam service, garbage leads. Do not give them another dime.
