Premium Bonds prize checker

I use this app each month and really like it. It shows amount won and the the bond number that won. If only it also showed the new bond numbers then I could cancel the printed bonds and go paperless like NS&I keep asking me.

This app is useful to check whether you have won any premium bonds. You Can do the same online but it’s quicker using the app. Basically it does what it says on the tin

Perfect app - does what it says! Could you add a button to reset the prize screen to ‘not played’ so that it’s possible to show the ‘you’ve won’ screen again?

Prize draw is on the 3rd of the month.App says the 4th,really?

This app is one of the worst apps I have used. Slow, awkward and keeps breaking down. Enough is enough.

Had a letter to say had a win on premium bonds but app says sorry no prizes in last 6 months. It’s useless

This app now uses added security involving keying in numbers or a hash from your phone keyboard. However, it does not recognise any of these keys, so you cannot actually complete a withdrawal. The customer feedback questionnaire also uses the same keyboard system so you can’t actually leave a comment. This means you have to make a phone call to a very long queue half an hour long.

Can’t get onto main site anymore……

Works once after downloaded then fails . NS&I apps all rubbish . Haven’t got one to ever work . Download a new one from time to time but still same rubbish . How can such a financial organisation have such useless apps !

What utter nonsense in other reviews. Does what it needs to and means you don’t need to wait a few days for an email telling you if you’ve won or not. One of those simple things, if you don’t want to know when you want to know, don’t download the app 🤷🏼‍♀️
