Can’t even set your location. I always get this error “位置を選択し直してください”. Yes, my location settings are set to “Always” and “Precise Location.” Is this app still being developed?

I feel we should be permitted to use two locations for free, rather than just one… I have had to rely off NHK app to give the earthquake notifications when I am not in Japan… I would like to keep up with my family without having to pay. Yurekuru Call was much better when I could set my home location rather than use my current location only… I’m very disappointed.

I would be fine with continuing to pay the monthly fee for the old Yurekuru, but PREP is all but useless. Of course it needs English, but even beyond that as a Japanese app, it’s not at all intuitive or easy to use. One star for sleeker look. Can we have Yurekuru back, please?

It’s been long time since the app changed and thousands of us still waiting for English support. Why change the app before you had it finished!!

Bring back the English otherwise this app is worthless to me.

Only get error message when trying to use version 4.0.8. Maybe it is about time and hire real developpers.

Since this app changed from Yurekuru, it has become completely useless. Constant notifications counting down faraway earthquakes, no notification or updated information when there actually is an earthquake, constant error messages, etc. Absolutely awful. If you’re not going to do it right, maybe creating an app isn’t for you?

It was a great simple app. Now it’s garbage. Like lots of things in Japan, this new change doesn’t make any sense. You lost your users. Congratulations now you are a forgotten app. Deleted. Let’s find another app for earthquakes. So stupid. Incredible.

I did not download the new version; it updated itself. So now, of course, I cannot access anything in English and I cannot get the old version back.
