Presto - EV Charging Stations

Cali needs to up their game if they want people to drive EV’s. Most of the stations don’t have but 1 working charger if any. Forget trying to plan your stops per the app because that’s another nightmare. Who wants to wait in line for 2 hrs because one can’t make it to another station and/or if the station is accurate regarding how many working chargers there are. We rented a car but met other travelers dealing with the same issue. Even people who own their own vehicles have issues.

I wish it could suggest when you are close to needing to recharge & suggest the nearest charging station based on your location and last charge

All chargers disappeared from map.

The person who was helping me and he go through all the steps to charge my car and try to many times it was not for him I can’t be able to charge my car

I had an emergency, and Tray went above and beyond to help me out! He and his supervisor helped me charge my car when I was stuck, and my payment wasn’t going through. I really appreciate them both a great deal!

I was having trouble charging my EV! Nothing was working. I tried at least three different times to charge my vehicle. Before I even had to reach out to support. I was contacted by customer service. He was able to initiate a charging session for me with no problem. Very helpful, nice and efficient. Thank you again for being there in my time of need.
