The app won’t remember my login information and I have to search for my membership number each time. Once you’re in it’s a normal shopping experience.

Es una estupidez que te pidan el numero de membresía (numero con 9 digitos) cada que quieres ingresar, justamente andas la app en el celular para evitar andar la tarjeta en físico, pero como te vas a acordar de ese numero? No existe manera de mantener activa la sesión, en fin, inutil mientras no arreglen eso. Y por lo visto llevan AÑOS SIN SOLUCIONAR TAN MINIMO DETALLE.

Esta app no se merece ni una estrella! Es un estrés comprar y perder el tiempo. Una vergüenza que una empresa de la talla de PriceSmart cuente con un servicio tan bajero.

I paid and then set up the app on my iPhone. Worked once then I get a white screen. Have to delete and reload the app . Major hassle to go shopping. Shame

This app used to be good but a recent update made it so you have to log into your account every single time you open the app. It’s incredibly annoying when you want to open up the app and you have to manually log in every time when you have to present your membership at the entrance or to check out. This of course holds up the people behind you and sometimes the employee lets the person behind you go in front of you because the app takes forever to load after logging in. Please fix this.

It doesn’t work at all…

It’s so hard to use especially when we don’t live in El Salvador I always try to do online shopping to deliver but now I’m having issues because I can’t renew my membership and they never answered the phone number it’s provided.

I’ve tried everything I’m trying to spend $500 right now online with delivery. It keeps asking me for my invoice or my number I keep putting in numbers and nothing works. I tried to call they don’t pick up. This is such a joke. I’ve been five hours doing this five hours man.

Takes for ever. Always have to sign in look for password and takes for ever to load while one is entering the store. Really makes no sense

Firstly, you must sign in every time you open the app, it does not remember users. Secondly I ordered a $100 order for delivery to come at 2 PM. No order showed up and I got a text that night saying that there was an order waiting for me to pickup. I paid $8 extra for the delivery that never happened and have not been refunded.
