Dishonest and Unresponsive
Dishonest in giving discounts to the first person to guess the correct number on their live sales. I get maybe it was missed but when I sent a message asking about it and showed proof with time stamp of guessing it first there was no response … and I waited for over a week for a response. So lacking in customer service as well. It’s not hard to apologize or say oops I must of missed that and honor the discount. Would of been good to go. Since it wasn’t honored or taken care of I didn’t buy any of the items intended to. Sad as I wanted to support a local Midwest business. But refuse to if they are dishonest or can’t even respond to a customer.
