Nothing works in this site or app. To buy a ticket it does not recognize the correct time chosen by the customer and applies the timezone difference. In the site, after you chose the ticket time, it always has a timeout error when it moves to the seat screen. In the app, you register your user, but it never gives the chance to set a password. When you go to the forget password option, the related email never reaches your inbox Simply nothing works here, the worst site/app I have ever seen.

Tengo que estar desinstalar e instalar de nuevo la app para que me deje comprar. Marca error y simplemente no deja.

Varias veces he intentado usar mis puntos y se complica la compra de los boletos, al tener que iniciar sesión en Doters

Compré boletos e inmediatamente me dejó ver mis boletos. Muy recomendada y más barata que comprar en taquilla

Compré un boleto, me hicieron el cargo y nunca me llego el boleto, además no me resolvieron nada, después de preguntar mil veces en la central me dijeron que el dinero se me iba a devolver pero tardaría varios días! Yo no compré y dije me cobras en unos días!

Y las sillas sean poco mas acomodas

No me deja hacer mi compra si elijo viaje redondo con boleto abierto.

App muy fácil de usar y rápido tienes tu boleto … Excelente 👌🏻

Muy buena app, solo deberían agregar poder descargar los boletos en la Wallet de iOS.
