I have been using this app for years. Easily handle my work and personal tasks in the same view. One or two clicks interactions with the software are the main feature I like together with quadrant organization. For me even native iPhone app for tasks can’t match the simplicity and versatility of the matrix
THE SORT BY COLOR FEATURE IN WINDOWS VERSION
Very easy to keep track of all your tasks. The only thing I would change would be if you could use the app off line. In order to access stored files, you have to have internet service or cell. Thanks for a great app

…get organized with my most challenging area- getting organized. Still in initial phases of transferring items from outlook and other sources. Taking some woodshedding time but I think it will: - provide proper structure for control better control of time to reliably get things done and, - flexibility to allow unplanned off-ramps for creative binging. So far this app has been pretty useful. I’m still getting used to it but one feature that can be added to make the experience smoother would be a switch user feature between multiple accounts. I have a personal and work account for priority matrix. Sometimes my husband wants to use my phone to log in and it would be easier to switch users without signing out and having to log back in on the same device.
I have long been a user of the Eisenhower Matrix. I have tried every one of the applications available and have concluded, without any doubt, that this one is the best. I am impressed with its power and versatility. The pros are too many to get into here. It must be used for a couple of days to fully appreciate. The only downside is the limitation of choices available for recurring tasks. Still, the positive aspects of this app are so good and so refined that I must still give it five stars. Maybe, in a future release, they will improve on the recurring options.

For me this is the best fit for managing events, appointments, emails, meetings and results. Takes some getting used to all the many parts but a very robust management tool.
Its an awesome app but if I could add another box cause i use weekdays to organize my tasks. Thanks
