Oh wow so good so fun! Works so so awesome! Wooo makes jobs so good so fast. Efficiency is key in my place of work oh yeah.

The app has improved so much this last year. Good to see BE is listening to customers and improving their product

The app is almost as bad as the support. Almost.

Building Engines was garbage, Prism aka BE 2.0 is garbage. This is the only app I’ve ever used that does not show a badge, or red notification dot on the app when anything has been updated, commented, or a new work order has come through. The app takes forever to load and asks me every. single. time. if I want to download my work orders for offline work. No. No. No. I do not want to ever work off line so please stop asking me that. When I add a comment to message back and forth with the tenants, they never receive the message. It doesn’t matter if I toggle the “Hide from tenant” check box on or off, it doesn’t share the message with them. I finally figured this out by using the app and online at the same time. I could go on and on about the issues with this app. It’s no better than Building Engines, and I actually believe it’s worse.

While I was hoping for a better experience than the original building engines I got an good looking updated app, that’s performance is consistently disappointing. It’s to bad that the product does not perform as well as it looks.

App has been acting up since day 1, sometimes it works and updates ok, but lately it’s been crashing before it opens the main dashboard, and doesn’t let me do anything.

Upload picture from work order followed by getting booted from App every time nothing but issues with this platform on mobile and computer desktop.

Sometimes it works and most times it does whatever it wants. Crashes, doesn’t load… I reset the app and/or restart my phone and nothing loads. Good luck with the refresh button! If you are thinking about getting Prism to manage your building requests look else where!
