prisma APP

The pairing stopped after 2 years ! I cannot pair again ... I made the bluetooth start from scratch ... nothing ...

Sketchy results: the prisma APP reports very different results from those shown in OSCAR, and I believe the latter more than this app. It’s a poor score-keeper that loses the game and Löwenstein is obviously over-reporting therapy quality with this app. App design: the app does not rotate on the screen when an iPad is used in landscape configuration. Come on, Löwenstein, it’s 2024!

The app is easy to view but the information is not of value to me. I would expect because it is an APAP machine the airflow information would be a priority I would like to see the available range , the maximum and minimum and 95 percentage The volume and pressures I know the clinical version has a better information.venue Thanks I am a member of sleepHQ I like the layout they have

The app does show how many hours you used it, the number of apneas that night, and leakage - but I know the details are wrong on the leakage (as my mask is too big so it leaks all night) but the app reports 0 leakage. Also, the screen I am most interested in is the “last night” page, it just keeps saying it’s waiting for device data. Nothing I have done corrects this so I hope the developers fix this problem, because I’m most interested in my nightly reports. Plus it kills my phone quickly cause constantly trying to connect.

First screen just says waiting for device data.

I receive notices that the data has been transmitted and received between the CPAP machine and my phone, however, to see that data, I have to create a report … every single time. All I’m getting is “Waiting for device data”despite the face that the app has already received it. Also the clock/timer loses between 1 1/2 and 2 hours each night. Sent two emails to Lowenstein support with no answer in over a week. I gave them a 2 because it actually blows air but, because of the tech problems, I don’t know if the machine is using the correct pressure. Annoying

It only took a few minutes to install the app and pair with the Prisma Smart Max therapy device. Simple to use, intuitive.

Eigentlich ein gutes Tool was mit den richtigen Geräten gut funktioniert! Dich hie ist technisch noch viel mehr möglich, wann gibt eine Eingliederung an Applewatch oder zumindest die Gesundheitsdaten auf dem Mobilteil?? Hier hinkt die Technik dich noch viele Monde hinterher und wäre technisch sowie für den Anwender so sehr von nutzen!!!! Nicht hinsetzen, sonder Innovationen nach vorne bringen! Wir konnten das früher mal!

It’s a good recorder of sleep duration, deep sleep and apnea. It would be nice if I could integrate the data with my Apple Health app. Any chance this could happen?

Ich vermisse in der Hystorie, dass man sich die vorherigen Daten ansehen kann und wann genau die Tiefschlaf-Phasen waren. Etc. es ginge so viel mehr mit der App
