Entering a user name and password renders the Log In button useless; cannot tap on it at all, it does nothing. App is utterly useless.
For the last two weeks I have spent way too much time. I used to be able to reset device and that would fix connection problem. I follow all the steps in order and it’s still glitching. Won’t let me stream. Says my WiFi password is incorrect and I know it’s not. Thinking about trashing it.
