I installed the new app and it would not let me connect the camera to the app. So, the camera is useless.

We have these camera for several years now, 2 hap see mate and 1 hap see, they’re all great, no service required, just connect it to your Wi-Fi and it works great, it works for watching and you can record if you want only you can’t go back to any time unless you pay for the subscription. It’s great for keeping an eye on your pet, senior citizen and babies. Thank goodness for these cameras

It is total junk. Sorry that I wasted my money and my entire day trying to connect. Keep getting a message “verification code overdue”. What does that mean? In the trash it goes. Maybe start making cameras in the USA.

Every single time after an update I have to repair the camera and every single time it’s harder to do and has more stupid bugs that it did before. After this update I cannot pair it. It will not let me do any other way other than hotspot pairing and it WILL NOT let you put in your WiFi. Only the password. Lovely.

It used to work very well and I can watch my dog while I am at work. However, since some version update, now I can only connect to the camera while the App/my phone is connected to the same WiFi (that is, only when I am at home) — it must be due to some stupid bug in the new update. This makes my camera useless…..

No matter which way I try to add my cameras, it won’t work w the updated app. Please add the plain old HapSee mate app back so we can actually use our cams. These were good cameras but the crap app now makes them crap cams

I wish I can review -1 star because it deserves a negative review. We bought these cameras a few years ago, they were working fine until updating the app, now I have 4 unusable cameras.

I can’t get my cameras to connect now that they made me upgrade the app.
