Possibly the worst app that one could use to do the exams. I never had any issues with my wifi but it’s keep disconnecting. Don’t do online exam using proctor. Please find some other ways .

This is the worst and most ridiculous app I have ever came across! I lost my exam due to this ridiculous app! It keeps disconnecting and is not compatible at all! It disconnected while I was giving my exam and I had to fix it whilst the exam was going on and I lost 30 mins from exam time and also lost a lot of marks! Its better to go and give the exam in person rather than relying on this stupid app and losing your time. Just a warning to everyone that it may cost you your exam! I had to rebook my exam which cost me $1200. All thanks to this app!

Have tried to complete the checks for NAATI. I found it so slow and useless

I have got an exam tomorrow and they have left me stranded by telling me to get a new laptop. I have tried 100 times to do the process. They threaten u to send the transcript to your institution to hide their own incompetence. They should not be recommended anywhere because they are a sheer wastage of time and money.

Have a better system for notifying streaming drop outs. Change your browser so there isn’t a CONSTANT FLASHING TAB saying “1 new message”

This app isn’t work at all, I attempted heaps and got no responses from the from the terminal platform, so ridiculous is, seems like the developer don’t keep up date and maintain this program 100 % compatible with every device. My experience was terrible and can’t do the exam properly till them fixed the system and let me access in.

Had the same issue as others have reported. Upon finishing my exam, I was told my mobile phone had disconnected, but when I went to my phone it told me that it was streaming footage.

Had a lot of disturbances during my exam. It hanged multiple times and I have to start over.

I had the exact same issue the other person who reviewed this app did. The camera dropped out at some point in the exam which means I may now be disqualified. Obviously it’s an ongoing issue with the app. I had run speed tests several times before the exam and my internet connection is fast. Very disappointing

I had an exam and had to use this app. After I finished the exam I realised that the app wasn’t working. At no point during did I receive a notification that it has disconnected. So now I have no idea how much of the exam was being recorded and how much it hasn’t. I can’t believe that anyone would use this app as it clearly has bunch of technical issues.
