I highly recommend not installing this app. No one wants to have to use their phone to enter their apartment complex.

I absolutely hate that now I have to bring my phone to the gym just to get through the door. I run outside when it’s warm and would usually go to the gym after, and I don’t normally bring my phone to these runs, but now I have to and my pockets in my leggings aren’t the most reliable. Haven’t been in the gym for a few weeks now.

While it does the basic job, it can definitely be improved. 1) Apple Watch support for iOS. 2) Widget to put on iPhone instead of having to scroll to the app & open it.

Anytime I want to buzz someone in it says error 502 now, when will there be an update to fix this??

Bluetooth keyless entry malfunctions very often. It depends on the day. It doesn’t just affect one user. All employees, both iOS and Android users, report issues with it all the time. The other day, one of the Bluetooth readers was going “crazy.” It was unlocking and locking without anyone being near it. We were like 10 feet away. We thought it was possessed.

Please change this stupid and awkward press and hold to open gates. Move to buttons that only need to be pressed. Time for the gates to take to open need to be lengthened and the product needs a have an audible tone at the locking mechanism not just in the app.

Credentials always stop working.

Needs to be compatible with Apple Watch. Why are buttons so small?

Consistently and have troubleshot this with my apartment complex androids have no issues unlocking the door. However multiple iPhone users do. I’ve tried reinstalling and not having any prior Bluetooth connections, following their online troubleshooting guide hasn’t work. I have the latest iOS version 16.1.1 and it just doesn’t send the credentials. I’ve tried increasing and decreasing the distance on the reader and nothing. However my partner within 5 seconds with her android has no issues unlocking the door. Please advise

Apple Watch support would be nice. I don’t leave my apartment often without my phone, but I most certainly paid the price the few times that I have.
