Profoto Control

Just purchased a Profoto C1 Plus and went to set it up on this app as instructed by Profoto manual. When registering the product an update was available so I went to install and it crashed during the first 30 seconds of installing and my c1 plus is now unusable and stuck in recovery mode with a greyed out option to download and update the new firmware or to skip update which just makes it all go around in circles. Please fix these issues in the app so that it is more user friendly and works

Wie die Profoto Produkte. Hochwertig, funktional und stylish.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Die Selfie-Funktion wurde einfach gestrichen. Zusätzlich und unabhängig davon funktioniert die zweite Kamera beim iPhone 11 Pro nicht mehr. Das ist wirklich schlecht. So macht es keinen Spaß. Die Antwort auf meine Anfrage bei Profoto war auch sehr unbefriedigend. Ich habe die Geräte C1 und C1-Plus.

Nach dem letzten Update funktioniert auch das Firmware Update mit dem Profoto Connect.

I saw a review of Profoto B10 Plus and this App, to finally get flash into my iPhone pictures. I already searched for the price of the B10 Plus, stiff but still OK. And then... I installed this App, started it, and.... it requires a login!!!!! Nobody wants an App that requires a login!!!! Why do you do this?!! I really cannot understand. You were already on your way to sell me two B10 Plus units! And now? I uninstalled the App and closed the browser tab for the B10 Plus. So stupid

Aber...Leider geil.

Ich arbeite seit längerem mit Profoto dem entsprechend auch mit dieser App. die so wundervoll leicht ist, wie sie auch spaß und Freude in die Gesichter zaubert. Chapeau

Funktioniert einwandfrei und vor allem zuverlässig! Macht Spaß mit den richtigen Produkten ;)
